Steel cut oats with cacao powder and stevia mixed in (I even
tried maca in mine… BAD idea—OK, maybe not that bad, but not that good
either). Also had a green smoothie.
Lunch was quinoa with raw vegetable; which aren’t as good as
cooked but not too bad.
Dinner was more of the quinoa raw vegetable mix—I am ready
for cooked veggies tomorrow. Also
continued the ear flush tonight and really felt like progress was being made
throughout the day.
